So if you feel any of this you must immediately check your blood pressure and rush to the doctor to seek immediate action. People with constantly blood pressure problems are prescribed medicine by their physician. The most commonly advised medication includes Diuretics, Beta Blockers, ACE inhibitors / ARB (Angiotensin Receptor Blockers), Calcium Channel blockers, Alpha Blockers, Alpha Beta Blockers, Nervous System Inhibitors and Vasodilators. These medicines are prescribed to control the blood pressure and keep it at the normal level. Therefore these medicines must always be taken as per the directions of the doctor.
Low blood pressure is often referred to as hypotension. Apart from the medications that are prescribed by the doctors the only and the best remedy for low blood pressure is to maintain your fluid level. Too much intake of water will not cause any harm or damage to your body. However, lack of water intake will cause low blood pressure and many other health problems. Therefore you must try to drink as much water as possible. The recommended minimum level of required water intake is 3 liters per day. So you must try to drink at least this much. The best time to drink water is when you get up in the morning. You must keep a jug of water and a glass by your bedside. So as you as you open your eyes you must drink at least 3 to 4 glasses of water. This will put all your organs in the right working condition.
